You mean on the dropdown notification? I can fix that too. I added the eri.xml back to the metroff to fix the banner issue on the Optimus C/M. But I can edit it some so nadda shows. ;)

GB prolly has gotten more graphic heavy, thus has more cpu load which results in slower speeds on the lil ascend ;)


and how is nuttmeg gonna fix it??? lol he step up to dev'ing n not tell me??? :D
 
actually mine doesn't boot up either bro.
mine is so lazy. is 748 MHz oc in this build?
if it is =, than thats my problem right there, lol my stupid ascend wont run that.

First of 748! WHAT WHAT!!!! Ahaha

Secondly Reflash and rewipe everything and format everything and then run fix permissions before rebooting after you flash. I had to flash twice and the first time didnt run fix permissions and got stuck on the Tron screen but the 2nd time I ran fix permissions and it booted beautifully!

Try it again and run fix permissions. Mine has NEVER been able to run the 748 until now. And everything is prefect!
 
748 is a little unstable on my phone. :( Didnt reboot but started to get glitchy. But 729 works beautifully for me, just like on BobZ build, which is literally all I really wanted out of 7.2

My only "want" out of 7.2 has now been filled! Thanks PG!

The wireless adb is pretty awesome too.

Also I havent flashed the gapps yet, ( Im not at home, just couldnt take the wait to flash Ahaha) anybody have trouble flashing the new 08282011 gapps with it? I had a problem flashing them to BobZ's RC1 729 build, I know they are for 2.3.5 and that build is 2.3.4, but I got them to work. I had to pull a file out in the rom and replace one in the gapps. Just wondering if its need to be done with this build too.
 
i got mine to work, not from reflashing it but what playfulgod told me to do is if you have one of his roms, that worked for you in a backup in CWM. just advance restore the boot.img, and it'll work
