Thats wierd. I set mine to 100 and it still works fine. maybe a fix permissions would help? IDK why it would mess up one ascend and not another

thats what I did too, and just did that waiting on it to boot up...

nope didnt fix it, lil droid still stuck zooming around on the boot animi

hope it works out. were you prompted to reboot by RTs? I know some things on there need it and some don't, just can't remember which do and which don't. regardless I think it'll work out. I've rebooted mine several times since last night, my battery died in the night and my outlet wasnt working so i had to restart it two or three times and it actually boots a little faster than before

damn. no es bueno. let me see if i can't figure somethin out

our phones are not all created equal.. i believe there are actually 3 touch screens alone.

For people having random reboot problems, it's probably because of the overclocked kernel. What's happening is some people's phones can handle OC, some can't. So, when I added OC, it defaults to the highest CPU freq available (710 MHz). This might cause problems for people's phones who CAN'T handle this speed.

I've made a fix to this so that EVERYONE starts at 600 MHz (on a fresh install). If you WANT OC, you can overclock. If you don't, you can simply leave well enough alone.

The new build will be up either today or tomorrow.

Thank you Mine keeps rebooting thank you for everything Could I switch it to 600 on my phone without reinstalling it?

Yeah, go into Settings --> CyanogenMod Settings --> Performance --> CPU settings

Select the max freq and then select "Set on boot"

EDIT: BTW, when new releases come, you can just flash on top without having to wipe. Build 03302011 needed a wipe because it had big changes in it. Unless I say to wipe, you can flash at will.

maybe. AFAIK it just backs up the data and such. IDK really but that appkik worked and was totally free.

I use tit bu for all my app backups. Great because you get apps+Data+Account info.

Flash a new rom, load up TB and your phone is all set up like you had it.
Pay for the pro version and you can automate a lot of it.

Off subject real quick.

If a phone already has 1.0. on it do I just format the sd card, drag 1.1 on it and go from there with the rest of the steps.

I already have CWM because I have Icarus 1.0;
