Shipping date speculation

Yes, mine moved to the top of the list as well with an order date of 7/18. Something real happened, wahoo.:car::thrasher:

I feel like this bears repeating. The outrage over not having the preorders before a *few* people managed to snap some up at retail strikes me as a very immature "ME FIRST!" type attitude. In all, they've managed to keep to the shipping schedule and the date range that they originally stated. Did it go differently than some other companies have done preorders in the past? Sure. But that doesn't mean that they did something *wrong* other than underestimate how many initial orders they'd have to fill.

Amen, Google said mid July, most folks have theirs and hopefully I'll have mine soon and it is the middle of July. They said pre order which means you can reserve one before they go on sale. Had they offered a pre sale I would have a different opinion.

Hopefully you will hear soon. What did you order, sorry if you mentioned already, its been a little hectic in here. They said for US customers all standalone devices would be shipped by the end of the day today. I wasn't sure on mine as I ordered an 8GB and a 16GB. I think the holdup on the remaining orders are folks that ordered the case, chargers, or the nexus Q.
 
Well, I got charged yesterday but the transaction hasn't moved to the top of my wallet. I haven't received a shipping email yet either. Guess mine is shipping today.
 
I ordered mine from office Depot, on Monday, and it is on the truck for delivery today. (Thursday). My guess is that they had it in their warehouse but hadn't shipped it to their stores yet.

I so understanding how some of you feel. I was less than thrilled to when people who ordered the the galaxy s3 way after me got theirs before me. I am I guess this makes up for it.
 
I just got the pending charge reapplied to my account. No email as of yet, but my friend, who lives nearby and uses the same bank, got the pending charge the day before his shipped. So, fingers crossed...

Good luck Xyro, I got the pending charge overnight and my order moved to the top of the list with yesterdays date. Since then nothing.:rolleyes:
