[Verizon] [rom]jbsourcery v5.4-lte[06/07/13] jb4.2.2 The Final Call

I've had the sensor issue on many roms since the purchase of this phone. I can't remember which Sourcery builds, if any, didn't have it but this one does. I've noticed 2 separate issues, one is when attempting to use the numeric pad during a call. If your hand/finger gets too high on the screen, it'll trip the sensor and shut the screen off.

The other may be what Joesixpack is describing and its only happened to me once and it was today. I had to set the phone down, face up, while during a call today. Lasted probably 30-60 seconds in that condition. When I picked the phone back up, the screen was off and wouldn't come back on no matter what I tried. I waited until the call was done and used the power button. Seemed like the prox sensor "timed out" so to speak.

Yeah, it's saying "Couldn't fetch license (error 901). Touch to retry."

I'll do some more digging.

Looks like it may be an Inverted Gapps issue. Maybe not though too. Reading the reviews in the Play Store, many people are having issues with the app in general. Interesting.

Ditto to both examples (great explanations!)

I think I've narrowed down the wallpaper issue I was seeing. (and please, oh Google Gods, fix your BT! lol).

As for the wallpaper, It seems that if I use any of the Sourcery Wallpapers, and set them from the server, instead of downloading to storage and THEN setting them, then they shift a page to the right whenever I reboot the phone. I currently use Apex, with 3 pages. If I save the wallpaper first, and then set it that way, it stays fine. Not sure what would cause it to happen that way, but now I've figured it out, so I just make sure to save the wallpaper before setting it for those. They are slick, after all :)

odd, I set it form the server and it sticks thru a reboot

It might just be a weird one on mine. I shifted pages around and reset the default and stuff a little while ago. Actually, let me try to shift them back and reset that, because it does act like it's setting the wallpaper default to my right-most page, which I believe USED to be my default before I set it.

Update: Well, go figure. I tested it a half dozen times before posting, with three different wallpapers, and they all shifted. I changed my pages around and back now, and...nothing. Seems solid again. So, I'll chalk it up to a fluke, and whatnot. Weird. Guess my testing wasn't thorough enough lol.

finally updated to 4.1 and it's awesome of course

thanks to chief for the walkthrough to get twrp installed and team sourcery!

I finally updated a couple days ago....of course I love it as I have all other Sourcery builds. I only have one question/issue - my lockscreen intermittently has a delay in appearing after hit the power button. It's almost as if it has to think about it - it eventually shows up but not before I've wondered if my poor phone has an issue. (Yes, I tried a second clean install to make sure it wasn't anything I had done the first time :) ) Any ideas?
