[Verizon] [rom]jbsourcery v5.4-lte[06/07/13] jb4.2.2 The Final Call

I didn't see anything in the changelog for 2.0 that would indicate that there is an AOKP style Navigation bar toggle to show/hide the navigation bar buttons (effectively giving more screen real estate.)

Does this exist, and if not, is there a plan to implement?

First off, i hope im not coming off as ungrateful :( This is a splendid rom, dont get me wrong

The homescreens stutter a bit, transitioning from app to app will hiccup and stutter, scrolling will stutter occasionally as well.

my guess would be all the crap ton of mods i use?

Try lean kernel. It should fix that. It's located in the toolbox ;)
 
I'll try to provide some answers....

1. Light Flow LED works fine with the rom, since it a popular app and can do so much we added just basic LED functionality with the rom.
2. If MMS wont send over WIFI its either a WIFI network limitation or a culprit in your MMS app, clear cache and data of app to find out which it is.
3. Lock Screen calendar not included yet.
4. If you apply a mod that wont stick it is most likely related to a theme engine theme that you have applied.
5. MD5's are different now as we added a small edit to make the rom compatible with goo.im - that minor edit generated a new md5.
6. More lock screen rings will be added :-)
7. If you are flashing other gapps and lose phone its because the contacts app in those gapps is not compatible, pull ours out of the zip and replace with the incompatible one and reboot.
 
i have noticed some of the images are kinda badly cropped, or edited...

i seem to notice the boot animation a lot on that aspect. I LOVE THIS ROM
customizing this beast is amazing. I just cant seem to get over the whole image issue

Just wanted to come out of the shadows to say thanks and great job to the dev's. Spending way too much time on this rom but loving it. Just sent my donation, keep up the good work!

Was on WiFi in a hotel..could very well be the prob. I'll test it further this week. Not like I get many mms anyway!

Anything I can do to fix this? I like my uber jelly theme but it's making the softkeys go fubar. It also reset my pull down wallpaper a few times as well as my home screen wallpaper. Kinda defeats the purpose of even having a theme engine.
 
When I plug in my head phones the audio level goes to half. Every time. I know this was an option I could disable in CNA. but haven't found where it lives in this ROM. Any ideas?
 
Ok. I did a full wipe, formatted everything but the sd card portion, an hour and a half later or recustomizing, and its working a hell of alot better. so much smoother too!

ok...........what would the glitch be.?

We have it mentioned in every area we can think of that the theme engine and our mods are more exclusive..its one or the other.

The softkey thing was caused by the down arrow that jb has i put back in.. i believe ill revert it in the next update.

The theme engine hijacks the rom.. it is pulling images from its own apk rather than the roms png files. every apk for theme engine is different so we cant just push our images into them also as we cant make it push to 500 different apk files.

I can make it so the theme engine doesnt hijack the lock screen so our stuff stays.
but than people will complain the theme engine doesnt theme the lock screen stuff .

so where do we go.

Out themers are working hard now to get our theme manger going.

and that may be the fix for this. as our mods will work with those themes as they are real themes not hijacking the basic rom.

The theme engine by tmobile is pure genious and a cool thing and why we have it as an option. but its just not something we can interact all our stuff with. we are working on as much as we can to work interactively with it.

But its not an easy thing to do.

I'm sitting here racking my brain trying to find it for you because I feel like I saw it last night as I was setting everything up. Grrrr. I'm going to keep looking.

Or it could have been the night before when I was setting up Version 1.0.

It was creating duplicates of certain files names. But these duplicates were not actual folders, they were more like images. Kinda like what u see if you cross your eyes. I know its crazy and hard to explain but anyways i flashed in lean kernel 430 and a couple reboots and problem solved.

Really looking forward to a sourcery theme engine :) For now, i will disable my theme and and enjoy the magic.

Still the best jb rom, by a long shot :thumbup:

I have never seen or heard of this happening so i really am not sure what to say.

Tried again just now and the problem seems to have fixed itself. As a new member of this community and new owner of a sweet rooted phone I just wanna say this is the shit!

yes i have it enabled under accessibility and under the led control center also butttt when i select the flash while screen on option the led just flashing whether theres a notification or not and idk what the deal is?

In the control center what do you have selected as the controlling app? I left it as default and that seems to work for lightflow.
