[Verizon] [rom]jbsourcery v5.4-lte[06/07/13] jb4.2.2 The Final Call

Is anybody else GPS taking forever to lock? I'm on latest version and Franco.

Worked fine for me this morning, but I was right outside my house in a very dense neighborhood, so it likely found position based on wifi instead of GPS. Also on latest Franco kernel.

Is the Verizon Gnex version for Sourcery used for the Nexus 7 tablet?

I would imagine they would be incompatible. I remember the devs saying that they were exploring a Nexus 7 version, but I don't know what ever became of that.

No, it is not. Go to goo and search fur developer pio masaki. He had the latest build for the n7 hosted there

Sorry to hijack a G-Nexus thread temporarily, but have you actually ran the Nexus 7 jbsourcery build from pio masaki? This very well could make my day and give me something to try tonight when i get home!

Anyone have this link?

Mruno, it blows my mind that flashing that Bluetooth Fix zip burned out your SIM. The only thing it did for me was fix my Bluetooth.

Is it possible - just POSSIBLE - that it was a coincidental event? Because apparently this is the one case of SIM burn.

my sim is almost a year old. im not blaming the zip, but i dont know if im going to move over to jbs 5.0 just yet :P

EDIT: back from verizon store. new sim fixed my problem. ;D

Yeah I'm having Bluetooth problems, reboots, and the stock keyboard works the best but still has issues. swype and swiftkey are unusable. It's on all 4.2.2 ROMs, check out xda developers and rootzwiki. nice work Google....

it doesn't affect all Bluetooth devices. One ROM dev claims to have a version where the Bluetooth is fixed...

so blue tooth...

I have put this fix in the mods section.

this is a good show that it is not rom related. as all this fix does is replace a pripariatary file back to the 4.2.1 version from the 4.2.2 version.

this is a file that is only copied into the rom not ever modified or built by any rom dev.

there are new prioparatiaies out that are updated im not sure which ones are newer yet.

Unforutanltey due to work i will not be able to even look at this until monday. but well try to get it updated early in the week.

Always enjoy seeing Eagles comments. I reverted to 456 and am seeing no BT issues which i think if the BT is 422 based, wonder why there are not problems on this version?... Just curious.

Good to hear. Thanks for the report. :)

well it is halfway fixed. seems I am good to go when there is a 4g connection. when there is only a 3g connection available, my nexus thinks it is roaming

EDIT: called verizon and they are sending me a replacement :/

Hey I'm having Bluetooth issues in my car but I'm not sure if it's what everybody else is dealing with. My problem occurs randomly and I have yet figured out what triggers it. My phone will work perfectly (playing mostly Play Music, Tune-In and Songza) for a time, but then eventually, I'll get in the car, go to the app I want to play through the BT,and there will be no music coming through the phone or speakers. I know it's actually streaming because the time is ticking away on the song and I know the BT is connected to the car. To fix this, I have to turn off BT on the phone, then turn it back on. Thoughts?
