[Verizon] [rom]jbsourcery v5.4-lte[06/07/13] jb4.2.2 The Final Call

Thanks a lot for posting and providing feedback, Chizzele!

Small question/request; do you all plan to (or could you) add the option in the Toggles menu to have both toggle switches and toggle button widgets? It was my favorite setup in Liquids ICS ROMs to have 6 or so clickable widgets at the top of the status bar, then a few more toggle switches below that for some other things (so I didn't have to scroll left/right to find more toggle buttons). Also, I would love to see the option for a visible brightness slider in the notification bar besides just the invisible slider like you have now.

No big deal, just really minor requests. JBSourcery is still the best ROM I've had so far! Keep up the outstanding work ;).

I'll have to get back to you on that... although we do aim to please so i hope to be positive :)

Oh and... i heard that a theme with a very very unique android first type feature has just been added....

Went into a bootloop after installing the Beanpicker theme through recovery. Did a battery pull and re-installed stock and is fine now. hmm

Hmm... did you flash the theme as there are several color packs underneath it that would create a boot loop if flashed before the theme it self... several of us just tested it and had no issues..

Finally getting my butt in gear and registered to all the places that we have JBSourcery going on. :)

Thank you all for the kind words on my Steamworks Theme.
I still have much more to go. Apps, tweaks, animations ( icons / backgrounds / maybe a few hidden easter eggs as well )

This is the ROM to be on and home to exclusive 1st's

You mean there are other roms? I haven't noticed lately, too busy finding cool stuffs on JBS. :D

Thanks for the killer theme and a big welcome to AF Alastrionia.

I reflashed with rom manager and it worked! Then I installed the cyan color and it didn't take so I tried the magenta one and it did. Any way to get rid of the glowing rainbow wallpaper on settings? and the little guy on the back button?... I tried to redo the softkeys I had over it and lost system ui again... at least I have a pre theme backup now...

I hope this hasn't already been discussed, but how do we get the usb fast charge toggle to work? I keep pushing on the toggle but it does not respond. I do not see any other options within the ROM to enable fast charge...??

Thanks in advance!

Only works on kernels that support it. Stock kernel doesn't do it

I don't know why (and I'm sorry if its been reported) but I get a battery looking icon on my Back Button when typing. And a smaller one for menus. Is that supposed to happen?

holy cat guys. GRAND SLAM with this ROM! now i need to find a happy kernal.

NICE WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

do you mean the 'down' arrow for the keyboard when you are typing?

Only thing I can think that might be close to that, is that when I have the keyboard up in some apps, that I get that down arrow instead of "back". Seems to serve as kinda a "minimize keyboard" button for most of them.

That is a JB stock feature that is common. Some softkey packages dont have the down arrow so you dont see any change.

Everyone who are having difficulties with BeanPicker, we are aware and working on the issues, that theme has some firsts to Roms like animated softkeys and animated menu backgrounds... some of these features wont play nice with some of our toolbox mods...

We will report as soon as worked out...

Quoting your original for sake of rememberence.

Hello,

(1) As for the LED controls, I enabled for the 'email application' a color and in the application enabled to receive notifications through the notification status. Every time I receive an email, I don't receive the notification.

(2) Also, how can I enable LED for missed calls, voicemail, charged battery, charging battery, etc.- Extra features that Light Flow supports.

(3) Battery is charging very slow. Does this require time for the ROM to settle in, 72 hours?

(4) Have been receiving a notification every time I send text messages, to deny or allow sending of large amounts of texts.

I haven't played with my LEDs yet. Right out of the box, I was getting Blue LEDs for texts and Green for other alerts. I haven't looked farther for that yet.

Battery shouldn't take much to settle in. I was able to charge right away. What kind of cord are you using? Using the stock kernel? How long is it taking your phone to charge? Also, do you have anything running in the background while charging that would slow it down? (media, syncing, etc)

I remember seeing someone else post about it, but I didn't bookmark the thread to see what they might have found as a resolution. I think it was something about the number of texts within a certain period of time was triggering it. I'm at work though, so I don't have much time to search for more on it. Try a forum search about the error though, see what comes up.
