[Verizon] [rom]jbsourcery v5.4-lte[06/07/13] jb4.2.2 The Final Call

Battery percentage--the rom only uses certain percentages to show battery percentage.
in some areas we have to use the jb % rather than the 1% tweaks so at times duw to the infrequent updates up to 15% at times the battery % wont alighn for a short perios of time.

Dial pad options work fine here.

in themes secdtion is stock 2.0 theme will restore pretty much all apps to stock.

also added stock 2.0 dialer to top of dialers.

we have over 3 gigs of stuff so if you guys see something weve missed just let us know we just cant catch it all sometimes :)

I have installed the version 2 rom with the gapps we point to the 7.26 ones and auto restore works for me every time...There are definatley gapps out there that break restore.

and if you have broken restore. it wont work again until you have maunally restored your apps and google has had time to get that data back.
 
Hello,

I switched to Nova Launcher and now my Camera/Gallery Applications are showing as 'Not Installed' and not working. However, I can take a snapshot and send pics through text messaging and apparently through here. It was working with Apex Launcher.

EDIT: Issue resolved. Created a new shortcut to homescreen.

Can you go into the Camera app itself in the App Drawer and access it? If so, try dragging out the icon and make a new shortcut? Again, only helps it the app still works from the drawer.

I actually restored my Jelly Belly nandroid because of similar issues. But I went out and found a few mods as a result of my experience.
 
ROM downloaded, but goo.im is not??? anybody else experience this?

Edit: it's working, musta been a hiccup

Edit Edit: We are currently experiencing difficulties with one or more of our distribution servers. Please hang tight for this to get resolved... (soon i'll be playing on this ROM)
 
The first and one the favorites Exclusive Sourcery Themes has been ported over to JBSourcery.

the "SteamWorks" for JBSourcery is available through JBSourcery Theme Manager (located in the Tools).

This theme is as uniqe as it gets, if you like stock or light color changes look elsewhere as this theme touches Everything and in a tasteful special way.

All development credit goes to Alastrionia, an official Team Sourcery Themer.

Try is now through Sourcery Tools. :):rolleyes::)

I absolutely love the icons!! I may have to change my entire set up to match the theme

Hello,

(1) As for the LED controls, I enabled for the 'email application' a color and in the application enabled to receive notifications through the notification status. Every time I receive an email, I don't receive the notification.

(2) Also, how can I enable LED for missed calls, voicemail, charged battery, charging battery, etc.- Extra features that Light Flow supports.

(3) Battery is charging very slow. Does this require time for the ROM to settle in, 72 hours?

(4) Have been receiving a notification every time I send text messages, to deny or allow sending of large amounts of texts.
 
This Steam theme is amazing. The possibilities are amazing with this Rom. Huh.
 
A lot of problems so far.Tried to tweak a few things and the theme changed without me even in the theme section... Tried to change the icon for the lock screen and I completely lost the ui. I had to restore to an old backup of XenonHD. In general just trying to do a few things the UI kept crashing. Very frustrating

If you turn on show persistent search bar then it should get pushed way up to the top. Guess its a choice between it being higher on all screens or lower on the main screen. I got used to it being shown on all of them from ICS so I like it that way, especially since its so high up in this ROM.

Has anyone used the "zipalign applications" option in the Tools menu in this ROM? It totally broke everything by killing the System UI when I did it. After a few reboots, it would never give me my nav/notification bar back, so I had to wipe/restore. No biggie. I'm happy with it now, I'm just wondering if anyone uses that feature and what difference it should make.

Oh. I think I might have done that as well. That might explain it. I lost everything as well.
 
Note to self...skip the zipalign option.

On a side note, I'm very much enjoying the Ubuntu font. Any chance of getting a Ubuntu monospace font added? (classic terminal font) Please?

It's actually normal to have the System UI crash when you load any of those themes/mods. It did that for me as well, but if you just wait maybe a min or two, it should (did for me anyways) reload your nav/status bar and be good after that. System UI crashed, losing my nav/status bar every time I tried new nav bar and status bar mods, but it always loaded back after a min or so.

When I tried the zipalign tweak though, it killed the System UI for good and never came back even after rebooting. So I wouldn't recommend trying that, lol.

I think I saw a note about it too in their changelog updates (also in the Tools menu) and that they were going to fix that soon.

Our mods mess with the UI so every few tweaks it is bound to crash, the process supposed to kick the UI back on but sometimes a reboot is needed. To figure out your specific issue as it sounds more serious it will be helpful to know exactly your setup and what you were flashing. Its hard for us to troubleshoot issues without specifics.

Zipalign seems to be a hit and miss as no one on the team was able to replicate the issue AFAIK, it seems as if multiple users are experiencing same problem though so it is on the list to check.

We can try and locate the specific font, if you are aware of that font package being available anywhere a link would be helpful as porting it over should be quick. We always research more mods to add...

Now that my girlfriend just got home and she won't freak out when I can't answer when she calls I reflashed on a fresh wipe. Don't exactly know the specifics of which I used... Only a few, My main problem besides the zipalign, but before that was that my theme somehow got changed to one with green accents... not sure if that is a certain theme but I never clicked one.
It would not change back to the stock one. If I can replicate it I will post screen shots.

Sounds like you might have played with the theme engine... but if it happens again please let us know...
