Root Odin (Return phone to Stock/Factory)

EE14 stock version does not allow you to do a factory reset from within the settings menu, mine just sticks at a black screen there when I tried it. Several downloads/Several attempts.

Also if you install it, you cannot do an OTA Gingerbread update, I mean you can dl it, but it will give you an install error and wont install.

I want to get an original ee14 image, not one someone made.

I guess that wouldnt be possible come to think of it. ....

If that ee14 is stock factory, how come some things don't work then, I guess it could be the phone too.

Does anybody have any mirrors for the links? I need Odin pretty bad right now and unfortunately lost everything on my h.d. the other week....

I'll try to put them on my server as an alternative location. If anyone has anything else they want to send me to put on mine, send me a pm where I can get them for now.

Optimus, the 2 you just listed above, are they the exact same files that's on the 1st post of this Odin thread, or are they made by someone else?

The reason I ask is because after install and bootup of the EJ06 you listed above, it seems different. The original one after bootup has Airplane mode enabled, this one does not.http://localserver.no-ip.biz/Public/SPHM820_EJ06_Stock.zip

They are the same as the first post.

I had to remove something to make a little room for busybox, So i took out things that don't really need to be in /system/app, either because they are readily available on the market, or do not contribute to the core functionality of the phone.

SD-ext wont work on stock roms
You need an EXT filesystem driver in the boot kernel.
CWM will let you use it's all day long while you're in recovery, but it is not in the boot partition. Try another kernel
