"the Galaxy Nexus?"

"yes"

I REALLY hope nothing gets pushed back again and hope everyone here gets their hands on this beauty come tomorrow.

So Verizon can announce a white RAZR - another version of a phone no one wants - but still, even with phones in store stock rooms, they have nothing to say about the Gnex? (In the voice of Ren) Verizon, you eeeeediots!!

So it took some pictures of the TPU case on my nexus for you guys. I got the smoke color. It fits really well and keeps the slim feel, the only thing is the part that covers the volume buttons applies pressure to them so I found myself changing the volume just by touching it. I ended up cutting the volume key overlay out of the case and I have no more issues! :D

I just stopped by my local corporate store and asked. The lady said tomorrow is the day, then turned around to another lady to check, and she confirmed tomorrow also! Sadly, they had no demo for me to play with

They can still cancel it if they don't put out the PR. It will probably go out late this afternoon, or even tomorrow morning, so if they need to, they can pull the plug at the last minute.
 
refreshing the news.vzw.com site takes a little longer and longer each time i f5... i'm secretly hoping that i will bust out in shear joy the moment i see those long awaited words from vzw... Galaxy Nexus available tomorrow!

(minus the bikini cuz that would be just weird. i'm a dude. and my office wouldn't appreciate it haha.)

Is there a screen protector that comes with it? I only ask because every picture of a Gnex with the TPU case I've seen looks like it has a very dark screen.
