Root [ROM][WIP] BACKside ROM (CM7) + Green Machine Theme

When the views and post count go down to just a few a week: Then it will be, maybe.
I don't see that happening this year though.

Nah. It's only been a month since he last posted in this thread (and less than that in the Elite root forums). He did say it would be several weeks. Besides, it's summer time. Surely we can't expect the man to work all day every day on his rom. Perhaps he is spending time with family or a significant other. Allow the guy time to breath something besides Android. ;)

If he's gone another month or so with no word, then we can send the hounds out to hunt him down! RAWR!!!!! :p (I just envisioned Dolly Parton in her roll from the movie 9 to 5 in her little safari outfit chasing down Dabney Coleman with a shotgun rofl.)
 
We are all waiting eagerly for the next update, but if one is to expect such greatness, one must practice great patience. :D
I'm not sure if thats an actual quote.... I CLAIM RIGHTS!! >:D
 
I cannot for the life of me figure out how to solve this issue even though I know the solution will probably be ridiculously simple.
Basically I can't lock my screen manually by pressing the power button. It still works as I can long press it to turn my phone off etc. but when I press it once it just takes me to my home screen and does nothing if I press it while on my home screen.
 
You can also just add the lockscreen toggle button to the dropdown notification menu. No need for an extra app for that.

From your app drawer, goto spare parts, and from there, change the end button behavior to sleep. You may or may not need to reboot your phone afterwards.
 
Oh, wow, I had no idea that was there. And you have no idea how much trouble I went into to try to get the damned thing to install.

I'm unable to get my Google Play to work. Giving me "Server error"

Try wiping the cache and dalvik cache from recovery, and reflash backside and a fresh gapps.zip.
 
I removed the play store with Titanium Backup (acquired by loading up a backup from aeons ago, like a dumbass I didn't back up this time) and then installed the latest market. Woot, it works!
 
sorry if this has been posted already, but are there plans to support the new LG Optimus Elite from virgin mobile? I just saw it for $150, not a bad deal if a good condition O-V can be sold for $75ish-$100
 
Still getting my phone stable. Google Play crashes when ever I try to update an app or download a new one. Also, prior to that, it wouldn't crash but instead gave me error 921 and DF-BPA-13. Anyone encountered this?
