Root [ROM][WIP]CM10.0.0.l0-BobZ

rom is dope... very fast... only navigation is giving me problems... if you can get navigation working it will be 100.. thanks for your efforts, ima keep it on my phone for a while see how it works just flashed it 45 minutes ago... works nice but like i said the navigation issue needs to be worked out as well as boost call volume, volume is very low even with speaker phone, hard to hear... work those out and u gotta winner

edit another small problem... does not show how much free space left on SD card, will show internal space but not on SD Card... like i said these problems are pretty minor but if fixed this thing will be official

I don't have any wifi. But my friend does and I hadn't seen him for months up until almost a week ago when I came to his house. Which is the same time data usage starting showing up

I'm at his house right now testing and yeah wifi data usage is showing up

This is just odd/silly. I hadn't enabled WiFi since I flashed 0521 (for fear of having to restore a backup) until tonight, and before that, none of my 3G/4G usage ever showed up.
 
Is there a way to keep the phone from vibrating uncontrollably when switching over to an incoming call? Doesn't always happen, but it's happened several times. I have to end both calls to get the vibrating to stop.

When you flashed it did you flash version F modem or C modem ?
 
This might be already answered but does anyone else have trouble removing things with titanium backup? For example I wanted to remove the live wallpapers and the live wallpaper picker but it just freezes when I try and says it's not responding do I want to force close... want help is appreciated thanks in advance!
 
That's to all who build this ROM. Its awesome. My download speed doubled. The call volume could go up a another notch. My girlfriend brought it to my attention about the vibration issue. Hummm. Lol. I've been here sense my Ascend. Thanks to everyone again. Who should I donate to sense so many people helped.
 
I been on the 5.22 build for a couple weeks now and everything worked great until this morning I flashed the c modem and now apollo won't open
 
I use Google Play Music.

There are no skips at all between songs so now you can play your favorite album without that buggy skip :D

Completely compatible with DSP/Beats/etc...

oh and I used root uninstaller to get rid of apollo because otherwise the headphone's play button would start apollo instead of Google Play Music.

If you have a used visa/mastercard/etc giftcard, you can use that to get a free 1-month subscription to Google's Radio :D unlimited skips and listen to ANY song you like also has rewind and fastforward.
 
I never had problems with it until I installed that so I figured I'd post it to let someone a little more experience take a look and see what's making it not work

not sure exactly, for some reason im thinking it said version f but can't remember correctly it was late... looking @ my settings i have no way of knowing now... i do know i was on version c or d stock rooted and i downloaded the latest rom (5/12) from the first page of this thread


btw whats up with picture messages havin trouble with those too... sent a few off just couldn't receive them... a pain because coupled with a few other small details its still usable but i can see a time when i will be needing picture messages and navigation and if i keep this rom i won't be prepared... hopefully it gets fixed in next version cuz i really like the speed of this rom its snappy and faster than stock which is suprising
 
For some reason this ROM got worse and worse each time i flashed it. Downloaded a fresh one and it worked great. Am i flashing it wrong?

I don't know about picture messages I don't think they are broken.. I've received plenty of picture messages since installing this ROM...
 
i uninstalled bobz cm10, just a little too buggy for me right now... soon as these issues get worked out let me know

1. echo on call + low volume
2. navigation / gps
3. picture messages (although someone said they were able to reveive them i was never able to)
4. display amount of free space on external sd card

soon as those are worked out ima be a happy camper i just went back to stock with root / remove bloatware / google now... runs fine and runs solid, not as fast as cm10 but way less buggy and everything works

Which build did you try. Number 1 is pretty much fixed
